Rail Trail Preservation Trust Fund

Explained the fund is for major long-term projects, not a slush fund — cited tree root bulges and a serious drainage problem near Walmart that's causing the trail edge to cave in.

Said the Friends group has been stewards since 2013 and expects charitable gaming revenue to feed the fund annually.
