Tuscan Village Jewel Building 1040 Artwork CUP
Salem
Description
Five painted murals of about 98 square feet each on the Jewel Building facade, replacing metal grates, in the Italian theme of Tuscan Village. Final sizing will be worked out with staff.
Impact summary
Purely cosmetic — breaks up a blank facade with no traffic or abutter impact, though staff flagged the total 500 sq. ft. of art as possibly oversized.
